Could you please elaborate what exactly doesn't work?

Hi Kim, duplicate feature is not premuim one and should work.
In order to understand the problem better could you please:

1) Send me the text you see at http://whichbrowser.net page
2) Record a small video using your smartphone of what you do and what you see and send it to support <at> tagul.com

- the screenshot of question mark that you see when try to print your cloud
- info you see at http://whichbrowser.net page

In the meantime you can try using Google Chrome browser or save your cloud as PNG file and print it as any other image.

To make the links point to your site click on "URL options" button in "Words" section and adjust "Links pattern" or check "Show URL column" to manually edit the links.

Unfortunately Arabic fonts (and all right-to-left written fonts) currently are not supported

Technically everything is possible but adding sounds is not in Tagul plans.

If you are keen on adding this feature I think it can be done on paid basis. Please contact support for that.
