To burrito mazimo and all who has troubles in printing clouds. The best way to print a cloud is to export in PNG format in Grab and Share section and then print it as any other image/picture. It should work. |

Nembles, you can save your image in Grab and Share section by clicking on a PNG icon with desired quality. Saving image with right mouse click is some kind of hack and works only in Animation mode. Regarding Edit Mode. Could you please advise cloud name and send a screenshot of "image doesn't appear" to support email? |

No. Currently shapes are the same for free and premium accounts. You can always add any image and use it as your cloud shape by clicking on the first tile in Shapes section. |

Hi Gill, you need to uncheck "Repeat" checkbox for Duncans word in Words section and reVisualize your cloud. Then you can change the color of Duncans word in Words section and it will take effect on only 1 appearance of Duncans word (as there is no other appearances). |

It can't be done directly in Tagul. But I guess that you can add outlines to words in Photoshop or Inkscape if export your cloud in EPS or SVG format. Also I pretty sure that shape can be added as a background in Photoshop. |

Hi Ellie, if you want to fully fit 8" x 10" frame then you need your cloud to have 0.8 (=8/10) aspect ration. To achieve this please select square shape in Shapes section, click on the gear icon at bottom right corner of the square and then adjust ration to be 0.8. Click OK and then visualize and print your cloud. |

Use semicolon between word and its size, e.g. And paste that text into "import words" field. |
