It can't be done directly in Tagul.

But I guess that you can add outlines to words in Photoshop or Inkscape if export your cloud in EPS or SVG format.

Also I pretty sure that shape can be added as a background in Photoshop.

Hi Ellie,

if you want to fully fit 8" x 10" frame then you need your cloud to have 0.8 (=8/10) aspect ration.

To achieve this please select square shape in Shapes section, click on the gear icon at bottom right corner of the square and then adjust ration to be 0.8. Click OK and then visualize and print your cloud.

Use semicolon between word and its size, e.g.
apple;300
health effects;200
fruit;150
apple cider;125
red;80
green;70

And paste that text into "import words" field.

At the moment there is no other way but storing the images on your computer (in "My Documents" folder for example). I'll think about simplifying the process.

Hi Holly, you can save your cloud to a flash or hard drive in "Grab and Share" section by clicking on PNG icon with desired quality.
Then you can print that image as any other picture.

After moving/resizing a word just visualize your cloud and the moved/resized word will be placed exactly as you specified while other words will be placed randomly as usual.

Just find a clipart image with church or cross shape. You can easily google it (here is a church example I've found).

Then copy image URL to clipboard and paste it in the box that appears by clicking on the first tile in Shapes section.

Your image will be loaded. Adjust it if necessary and click OK.
Then input your words in Words section and Visualize your cloud.

Sarah, you just input into Words "A" with a line above as you usally do (I guess there should be symbol on your keyboard in Greek layout) or you can copy&paste it from somewhere.

Then select a font that supports that character (non-red one) and visualize your cloud.

To premiums users I suggest using EPS file for printing. You can print it from GIMP or Photoshop image editors.

EPS provides the best quality possible.

I think the cloud with photo you saw was done the following way:

1) Custom shape was created (in image editing software like MS Paint or Photoshop) with white box inside it where photo is meant to be placed
2) Tagul cloud was created using that custom shape
3) Tagul cloud was exported as PNG file (in Grab and Share section)
4) In image editing software the photo was added to Tagul cloud PNG file in the box without words (as it was white on the custom shape)

You can try the procedure above to create your cloud with photo.
