Tagul is not capable of combining similar words. But you can do it manually and input the result in Words section.

I guess it is because you didn't remove "Word" and "Cloud" words from the words list. Please try removing the words and Visualize your cloud agan.

Hi Steffen,

there is no way to set a minimum size for the smallest words.
A word's size may be not exact as you specified in Size column because Tagul tries to fit a word in available space and it can be smaller than intended.

BTW, by default Tagul maximizes words sizes to fit available space. To disable this select "keep as is" checkbox for "Words relative size" in "Layout" section. Then Visualize your cloud.

Is it better now?

Could you please try the following:

1) Make all sizes equal to 1 in "Words" section
2) Select "Keep as is" for "Words relative size" in "Layout" section
3) Visualize your cloud

Is it better now?
If not could you please save the cloud and provide its name so I could look at it.

You can try saving XML version of your cloud (last icon in last row in Grab and Share section) and then opening it in Excel

Elaine,

to delete a cloud please open it in the generator and click on Delete button at the bottom right corner of it.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will consider it.

In the meantime you can identify shapes by it sequence number as shapes order is persistent.

I mean you can add similar shapes one by one and remember what sequence number each shape has and then just count a number to identify a shape.

There is no way to add shadows to the fonts.

But I guess that shadows can be added if you export your cloud in EPS format and then post process it in Photoshop.

1) Create an image with "60" letters written black on white in any image editing software like MS Paint or Photoshop

2) Save the image as PNG or JPEG file

3) In your cloud go to Shapes section and click on the first tile

4) Choose the saved image

5) Adjust it using sliders if necessary

6) Visualize your cloud

That's it!
