There are no additional shapes in premium.
The shapes you saw were custom ones used by other users.

To use a custom shape you need to find an image in PNG/JPEG format and then import it by clicking on the first tile in Shapes section.

By the way you can create a copy of any cloud in Gallery which will have custom shape copied as well.

This feature cannot be added to Calligrafitti font as the font doesn't support special characters.

But you can always use Calligrafitti font for the words and Chrysanthi Regular for special characters only. To achieve this please make sure you have the following setup:

1) In words section all words have "Random" in Fonts column. Special characters should have "Chrynsanthi Regular" in Fonts column.

2) In Fonts section select Calligrafitti font only.

Could you please send to support the link to the page where you embedded your cloud so I could see what is wrong?

Tagul word clouds and words inside them are not crawl-able by Google.

You can use virtually any font with Tagul by clicking on the first row in Fonts section and selecting font file.

You don't need premium to edit URL links.
In Words section there is "URL options" button at the bottom right corner.

In the options menu you can make URL column visible and automatically fill it using "Links pattern".

To make all words to point to google search change "Links pattern" to "http://www.google.com?s=$word"

This cannot be done automatically but you can do it by manually assigning a proper color for each word (in Excel or text editor) and then import the words.

Angelastanley,

here is step by step instruction for you:

1) Get your image file in PNG or JPEG format
2) Go to shapes section and click on the first tile
3) Select image file from point 1
4) Adjust it in popup window (by playing with sliders) and click OK
5) Visualize your cloud

That's it!
