Could you please email support describing your situation (e.g. how you are going to use Tagul clouds) so I could better advise you on the terms?

Do you use Safari?
If yes could you please try Google Chrome?

I don't see your renewal payment.
I've sent you further details by email.

Please send the link to the page where you used iFrame with embedded Tagul cloud to support and advise what makes you think that it is a trouble with js code. I'll look into that.

You have to figure out how to write iFrame code (google for examples on the internet) and then paste your cloud embedding code (that can be found in "Grab and Share" section) into iFrame.

That's exactly is explained in the FAQ entry.
You don't neeed word document. You just need MS Paint that is installed on every Windows machine.

Could you please try to follow the instruction in the FAQ entry?

Do you mean you want a shape in a form of letters or numbers?
Then read this FAQ entry.

middleEngland, it should work fine in Chrome.
When you change size option please make sure you selected "keep as is" for "Words relative size" in "Layout" section.

Otherwise (if "maximize" is checked) size value is ignored.

Hi Laf,

first of all next time please raise a new thread with a question that doesn't relate to the current thread.

1. You can change the color of a word in Words section. But all the repetitions will change the colors too. Here you have 2 options:
a) Disable repetion of this particular word
b) Become a premium subscriber, export your cloud in EPS format, open it in Inkscape or any other vector image editor and change the color of any word.

2. Regarding larger font there are 2 options as well:
a) Check "keep as is" for "Words relative size" in "Layout" section and then change word's size in "Words" section
b) Switch to Edit mode and resize words manually

Best regards,
Alex
