please make sure you don't use line breaks in your text. I mean try placing the words in one line.

If it doesn't work please send the text you used to support so I could see what is wrong.

To print your cloud go to “Grab and Share” section and click on a PNG icon. Save it and then print it as any other image/picture.

You can use your custom font by clicking on the first row in Fonts section and choosing its file (.otf and .ttf are supported).

Please send the link to the page where you used iFrame with embedded Tagul cloud to support and advise what makes you think that it is a trouble with js code. I'll look into that.

You have to figure out how to write iFrame code (google for examples on the internet) and then paste your cloud embedding code (that can be found in "Grab and Share" section) into iFrame.

That's exactly is explained in the FAQ entry.
You don't neeed word document. You just need MS Paint that is installed on every Windows machine.

Could you please try to follow the instruction in the FAQ entry?
