the image you sent won't work in Tagul unfortunately.
It has too many small details that can be filled by words.

You need to find a so called 'clipart' image that has bold lines and strokes to make it work with Tagul.

There is a definite box around every image I make

It is not quite clear for me what you mean under "definite box" around every image. Could you please make a photo/screenshot of that and send to support email so I could understand what is wrong?

your account is premium thus you can get 16MP PNG or EPS version of your cloud in "Grab and Share" section.

If it still 1M please send the file to support email so I could see what is wrong.

At the top left corner of your cloud generator form there is a field called "Name". Please change its value to change the name of your cloud.

2) A screenshot of "a cropped version of the shape and nothing else in the popup window"

Then I'll investigate the problem.
