You choose font that is not capable of producing hearts.
To fix this in Words section choose "Chrysanthi Regular" font in "Font" for heart symbol. Then visualize your cloud and you should see hearts.

Why would you use the sorting?
The sorting was disabled due to instability in its work.

Just input "TEDx" into words section manually and it's case will be preserved while visualizing.

Could you please try switching to edit mode, click "clear selection button" and then visualize your cloud? Do the words dissapear?

If no then could you please advise the cloud name and the words you can't delete so I could see what is wrong?

I've made the changes to the generator that allows much better shape definition.
Just reload your cloud and re-visualize it.

Regarding having a background color just of the silhouette image.
It is not directly possible in Tagul, but you can export your word cloud as PNG with transparent background (set it in Colors and Animations section before exporting) and then overlay the cloud image over the silhouette image in image editor (like GIMP or Photoshop).

Yes, you need to purchase premium to be able to use the Tagul clouds commercially.
