Word is being duplicated when repositioned in editing mode

Hi Alex, I am trying to reposition a word in edit mode. I have done this many times before without any problems. At the moment though when I reposition the word it is duplicated and therefore I am left with the word appearing twice, once where I want it and once where I have moved it from. I can not delete it? Please help :)

Hi, could you please save that cloud and advise its name so I could see what is wrong?

Hi Alex,thank you for getting back to me. I managed to sort it out after a lot of tweeking. It may have been happening because I wasn't clearing the selection. If it happens again I will let you know and save and provide you with the cloud name so you can have a look :)

Hi, I think this issue is still happening. Has anyone else had any trouble with this? I have one large word in the centre of my design that I don't want repeated. When I edit the position of the word and visualise, it is repeated directly below! I never had this problem until a couple of days ago.

Yep, it's still happening for sure! Taking forever to get words how I need them because I can't use the Edit function anymore. Helllp!

could you please advise the cloud name and the word you don't want repeated and I'll check what is wrong?

Hi, an example cloud is - 1765 - Fisher Heart.

If I go in to Edit mode and move or re-size the word 'Mr & Mrs' (top left), then the middle word 'Fisher' becomes very small. If I then make Fisher bigger, it is repeated below.
