Hi, please navigate to your word artworks page and open a word art by clicking on its name. I've checked your account and everything works fine at my end. You can also try another browser. |

Hi, please make sure you selected the "auto" option for the "words amount" parameter in the Layout section. If it still doesn't work, please save your word art and advise its name so I could see what is wrong there. |

Your image only contains the outline of Italy and that's why you don't see any words inside. You need to find another image that has the inner space filled. I recommend you to google for "Italy map clipart". Here is an example I found that should work fine. |

Hi! You can make the background transparent in the Style section. Also you can increase the "background image" slider there to make the image under words more visible. To make the background image white click on the gear button at the bottom right corner of the shape (in the Shapes section). Not all shape images have this ability but most of them have. |

Hi, you need to choose different fonts for Latin and non-Latin characters capable to render them. I suggest you input non-Latin characters first, switch to the Fonts section and select fonts with white (light gray) background (to select multiply fonts use CTRL / SHIFT + click). Then switch back to the words section, input the rest words and visualize. Our software will automatically select a proper font. Also you can explicitly choose a font for a word in the words section. |

Hi Carol, you cannot work on your word art collaboratively. I recommend you to use another collaborative tool (google docs for example) to gather words and then the account holder to create a word art. |
