| I wish to put some words into the map of Italy. I have uploaded the map after having filled it with colour but I still cannot get any words to show up. What am I failing to do please. Also will that coloured background have to remain? | |

| I have saved the Word Art as Italy 5. I have coloured the map pale pink but that does not show up either | |

| Your image only contains the outline of Italy and that's why you don't see any words inside. You need to find another image that has the inner space filled. I recommend you to google for "Italy map clipart". Here is an example I found that should work fine. | |

| Thank you I will work on that having given it a quick try. Having read previous posts on the subject I misunderstood and thought that if I coloured the blank map that would suffice but obviously I got the wrong end of the stick. Thanks for your swift assistance. | |
