Hello Lisa, I recommend that you download in PNG format and try to send it again. You won't be charged for downloading the same image again.

To remove the background please do the below before downloading:
- switch to the Style section
- click on the "make transparent" button
- set the "background image" slider to zero

Hello, the second point is wrong. When you move a word it is automatically locked and you don't need to lock it again. Actually the button will be named "unlock" once you move a word.

It looks like words are placed on a white space around your silhouette. They are not visible if you use shape colors but when you switch to the custom colors option they become visible. To avoid this please try uploading your silhouette image again and set the threshold parameter to 80% or lower to remove the white space.

Yes, you can fix this by downloading and printing your word art image in a high quality (HQ) format.

Here is a way to achieve it:
1) Use an image editor to extract the white space from your image
2) Upload the white space to the shapes section and make your word art
3) Download your word art image and use the image editor to combine the word art image and your original image.

No, there is no a character count in a word cell. Why would you need it?

Hello, you can create a word art with phrases. Just input the phrases directly into the words table and visualize for the changes to take effect.
