Hello, the second point is wrong. When you move a word it is automatically locked and you don't need to lock it again. Actually the button will be named "unlock" once you move a word. |

It looks like words are placed on a white space around your silhouette. They are not visible if you use shape colors but when you switch to the custom colors option they become visible. To avoid this please try uploading your silhouette image again and set the threshold parameter to 80% or lower to remove the white space. |
