Please update your embedding code with new one (which can be found on your cloud page). It should work.

Clicking on top left corner of color picker should work.
Also you can try pasting #ffffff code into the color picker.

Why do you need to change the resolution?
If you want to print your cloud then download it as PNG with 4MP quality and print it.

Anyway you can change the resolution of downloaded PNG file with any image editing software (e.g. MS Paint)

Font is just a set of characters. Tagul has rendering engine that can make words from characters. That engine is not capable of making right to left words unfortunately.

What exactly characters are you missing?

It is not a question to Tagul. It is a question to your printing software.

How do you print an photo picture on a half page instead of full page?

If you are talking about words that fills out a shape then they can't be outlined. They will be always filled with a color.

But if you make a cloud with a shape in a form of a word then that word can be outlined in any image editing software.

Black is at the right bottom corner of the color picker. You can use #000000 code as well.

Yeah, I've found it and replied to you. The problem is with iFrame in which your cloud is embedded. Is it possible not to use iFrame?

And still no one will send me screenshot or advise operating system and browser? Is it iPhone?

Tagul doesn't support right to left fonts at the moment. May be sometime in future I'll add it.

There is full character fonts available, Heuristica for example.

I can't add neither tahoma or arial as they have license restrictions.
