I don't see tagul script tag in your web page source.
It seems like your wordpress installation stripped out the script tag.

May be you are making the image too small in photoshop?
Anyway you can try using EPS version that is vector format that scales without losses.

I'll have a look at it.

Buying commercial license means that you purchase permission to use Tagul cloud you created in commercial purposes (put on commercial web site or sell any kind of products with Tagul cloud image).

To make images more clear try downloading them in HiRes (e.g. 16MP for PNG file) or vector format (EPS or SVG).
The latter is the best quality format possible.

Could you please send me custom shape picture that didn't show up in shape gallery? May be something is wrong with it?

The biggest word (see 'size' column in words list) is placed in the center of a shape. All other words placed depending on available space in the shape.

Persian is right to left language and thus is not supported currently
