Dear Shannon, it takes some time to update your cloud on CDN (which is used when you see your cloud visiting the link).

To speed up the process you can go to "Grab and Share" section, then click on "Place on a web page" icon and then click "Purge CDN cache".

@anniesilke, I appreciate if you send me a screenshot of what you see when you can't create a new cloud.

@Debbie Williams, could you also send me a screenshot of what you see when it doesn't load?

It would help me a lot in understanding the problems you faced with.

You can change colors in Words section for each particular word or in Colors and Animation section for all clouds at once.

I've just checked your account and you have 1 cloud that opens fine. May be you have another account where you can't open your clouds?

What do you see when you click on the first icon in Shapes section?
Any error?

Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

What is your windows version (7, 8, vista, xp, etc.) and IE version (7, 8, 9, 10, 11)?

Could you also please send me screenshot of what you see when you click on PNG icon?

BTW Have you checked downloads folder?

You can try searching images in google by terms "dad with 2 daughters clipart"

Please make sure you selected fonts capable to render heart character.

It is obvious to me that your text widget is stripping out script tags that is the reason you don't see Tagul clouds. You need to find another widget that allows script tags.
