| Hi, the main difference between JPEG and PNG is that the latter supports transparency while the former doesn't. If you don't make the background transparent it doesn't matter which format to choose. BTW, you can download your wordart image in all HQ formats and it will be counted as 1 HQ download. | |

Thank you for the suggestion. We'll consider implementing that in future versions of the software. In the meantime you can make template word artworks with custom images and duplicate them when necessary. Please take into account that only 1 custom shape is saved per wordart, so you need to create a separate template artwork per each custom image. |

| FYI, you can make a rectangle from the square shape by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom right corner of the shape and increasing the ratio slider. | |

| Hi! To the best of my knowledge "Content Security Policy" is controlled by your website administrator and he has to white list "*.wordart.com" domain to allow loading wordart scripts. Do you have any suggestions about what can be done from WordArt.com side to simplify the process? | |

| I see. You don't need to escape any characters including the percent sign. The problem is that the font you selected doesn't support the "%" character. Please choose another font and visualize to make it appear. | |
