You can add only 1 word to the words table. If you wish to create a wordart in the shape of a word then click on the "add text" button in the shapes section. |

Hi, there was a technical delay in processing payments by Paddle (our authorized reseller). Now your payment has been processed and you can download your HQ image. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. |

You can add singular words directly into the words table |

Hi Mvhigh123, Once your word artwork is finished you have 2 options: 1) Purchase one of HQ packs, download your word art image in a HQ format and print it in your local printing shop. 2) Click the order button and order a print from WordArt.com shop powered by Zazzle.com. In this case you don't need to purchase a HQ pack Also what do I save it as if I want a good quality 24x 30 pictureHQ PNG or JPEG will be fine |

You cannot do that unfortunately. You can try separating your shape image into 2 parts and making 2 separate word artworks with different set of words. Then combine them into 1 in an image editor. |

Hi, there were some changes that I've just reverted, therefore the problem should be gone now. Could you please try again? |

I see. I've removed the old behavior back and added the "remove margin" parameter to the "custom" download option for those who don't need it. |

Hi Caroline, Yes, the margin around images has been removed in the latest release. Why is that a problem for you? How do you use the downloaded images? |

Hi! 1. You can set the canvas size using the custom download option after creating your design 2. Yes, you can. Use the custom download option for that. 3. All your word artworks are private by default therefore nobody can see them. You can make them public if you wish. |
