Convert an animated HTML file to a format I can use with Twitter

oldhasbeen Member	Hi I've created an animated word cloud for a local history group - it's at https://wordart.com/460qfup5loq4/dlhg-h1%202022%20animated I have downloaded it as a html file to retain the animation, but I can't attach it to a Tweet. I can download a static version as a jpeg, which I can attach, bit obviously there's no animation. I've tried converting the html file to a gif using an online converter but It produces a blank file.
