You need to change width/height attributes to any value you want. E.g. "800px"

Hello Carmen, it is not possible directly in Tagul but you can do the following:

1) Choose transparent background
2) Export your cloud in PNG format
3) In any image editing software (like Photoshop or GIMP) overlay exported cloud image over shape image

could you please save the cloud (with uploaded shape and text that doesn't take shape) and advise its name so I could check what is wrong there?

There is no automated way to spread out phrases across multiple lines. You have to break them up and then position and size manually in Edit mode.

If the file is opened in Chrome without problems it means it is correct SVG file. Probably it is "another web based program" that doesn't fully support SVG. You can try to export your cloud in EPS format instead.

Could you please try to open downloaded file in Chrome?
Does it work?
If not could you please send the file to support email so I could see what is wrong there?

That is OK as long as you put attribution to Tagul near every cloud you use on your blog.
