I've looked at your cloud and Butterfly antennae are too thin. Either increase the amount of words to 999 or switch to "horizontal / vertical" layout to make them fill.

Hello,

Could you please:

1) Try setting Edges slider to zero to remove edges
2) If it doesn't work could you please save your cloud (when it is not filled as you would like it to be) and advise its name. Also please send the image you used to support email so I could see what is wrong.

Hi Kev,

the only way to keep animation is to embed your word cloud on a web page. Animation can be played in Internet Browsers only.

If it is the only reason you paid for the premium then please contact support with transactions details and I'll refund the payment.

Hi, there is a FAQ entry dedicated to your question.

Could you please save your cloud and advise its name so I could see what is wrong there?

In the meantime could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

Hello,

could you please send to support email the text you see on http://whichbrowser.net page so I could understand what software you use?

Also could you please advise the cloud names that you have issues with so I could check what is wrong there?

If you don't need animations then you can just export your cloud in PNG format (by clicking on the appropriate button in "Grab and Share" section) and then place it on your blog as any other image or picture.

If you need the animations work then you need to click on HTML icon in "Grab and Share" section, copy HTML code and paste it into your blog post HTML.

Betty, does it work if you input "It's Good To Be King" phrase directly in Words table and visualize your cloud?

Hello Betty,

You probably selected "Dirty Fox Regular" font that doesn't support that punctuation mark. Please try selecting any other font.
