Tagul Issues

The last few days i have had a few issues with Tagul, I am now unable to edit most my words and move them, If I add a new word half the time its not appearing in the cloud. Is there an issue? Is anyone else experiencing this? I am a Premium Member

could you please send to support email the text you see on http://whichbrowser.net page so I could understand what software you use?

Also could you please advise the cloud names that you have issues with so I could check what is wrong there?
