Hi Kev, the only way to keep animation is to embed your word cloud on a web page. Animation can be played in Internet Browsers only. If it is the only reason you paid for the premium then please contact support with transactions details and I'll refund the payment. |

Could you please save your cloud and advise its name so I could see what is wrong there? In the meantime could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox? |

Hello, could you please send to support email the text you see on http://whichbrowser.net page so I could understand what software you use? Also could you please advise the cloud names that you have issues with so I could check what is wrong there? |

If you don't need animations then you can just export your cloud in PNG format (by clicking on the appropriate button in "Grab and Share" section) and then place it on your blog as any other image or picture. If you need the animations work then you need to click on HTML icon in "Grab and Share" section, copy HTML code and paste it into your blog post HTML. |

Betty, does it work if you input "It's Good To Be King" phrase directly in Words table and visualize your cloud? |

Hello Betty, You probably selected "Dirty Fox Regular" font that doesn't support that punctuation mark. Please try selecting any other font. |

You could also try "100%" to make your word cloud fill 100% of the available space. |

Kris, there are the below issues with the shape you used: 1) The cross should be filled with black (or any other color) to tell Tagul to place words inside it |
