Hi Hansw23,

I just did you wanted to achieve and it worked fine without issues. You can check your cloud. Could you please advise the text you see at http://whichbrowser.net?

Also could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

Hi Mike, if you for example want redwords to be placed in red aread of your cloud (based on the colour of the underlined shape) then it is not possible to do directly.
Here are some workarounds you can try:
- Split the shape image into several images. Then create a word cloud per image, export word clouds in PNG format and then combine them together in any image editing software (like Photoshop or GIMP)
- If you are a premium user then export your cloud in EPS format. Import it in Inkscape and color words manually.

Hansw23, could you please advise the cloud name where you have those issues so I could check what is wrong there?

Hi Gillian,

Just Google for caravan clipart and use any image you like.
Here are some I think will work best with Tagul:

Hi Samantha,

Please read this FAQ entry about making a word cloud in a shape of numbers.

It has nothing to do with Edges functionality as you disabled it by setting the Edges slider to zero. Since the antennae are thin they can or can't be filled depending on many factors like words list, angles, fonts, etc. You can even click Visualize several times and sometimes it will be filled and sometime not. The best thing you can do is to alter the butterfly image to make the antennae thick. I did it for you. You can find the image here: https://tagul.com/static/butterfly.png

Nathalie, just google for "champagne clipart" or "champagne flutes cliaprt" and you gonna find a lot of images. Here are some examples I found in a minute:

I've looked at your cloud and Butterfly antennae are too thin. Either increase the amount of words to 999 or switch to "horizontal / vertical" layout to make them fill.

Hello,

Could you please:

1) Try setting Edges slider to zero to remove edges
2) If it doesn't work could you please save your cloud (when it is not filled as you would like it to be) and advise its name. Also please send the image you used to support email so I could see what is wrong.
