Hello Pamela,

I think the easiest way to do it is to export your cloud in PNG format, then add it to word document and then add any text you want.

Other approach would be to add the text you need to Words table (with repetition disabled) and then switch to Edit mode and place them individually at top of bottom of your cloud image.

Nathalie, it makes a difference if you print on paper (or other stuff) biger than A4. If you wish to test out EPS I can send you a sample so you can print it before upgrading to premium.

Hello Larry,

there is no way to place words in order as they are always randomized during placement. The only thing you can do is to switch to Edit mode and position the words manually.

Eva, the same questions to you. Could you please:

1) Provide the text you see at http://whichbrowser.net

2) Save your cloud and advise its name so I could see what is wrong there?

3) In the meantime try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

What do you mean by "refuses"? Does it show you any error? Could you please advise the cloud name so I could check it?

Hello Julie, your image viewing and printing software should allow you to position and size image before printing. I suggest you to try GIMP which does it well.

Hi Macy, to obtain the highest quality possible you need to export your cloud in EPS vector format that can be converted to PDF (if needed).

I've looked into your cloud and the problem is that the white letters have thin outlines that are hard to fill since Tagul fills with words 'fat' space at first. But here is what you can do to improve the results:

1) Set "Words amount" to "define" and move the slider to the most right position
2) Set Layout to "Horizontal / Vertical"
3) Set font to "Headline One" or similar

Visualize your cloud. Now the text should be more clear. If the result still doesn't suit you then the only option would be to edit the image and make thin outlines more thick.

It seems like there are no default fonts that support Korean. But you can always add your fonts (by clicking on the first tile in shapes section) that support Korean language.
