Kris, there are the below issues with the shape you used:

1) The cross should be filled with black (or any other color) to tell Tagul to place words inside it
2) When adding cross shape set threshold value to about 0.9 to eliminate white colour from the image. This will tell Tagul not to use white background for placing words.

It should be straight away after you completed your payment.
If it doesn't happen please send transaction details (ID, date, description) to support email so I could check what is wrong there.

You need to change width/height attributes to any value you want. E.g. "800px"

Hello Carmen, it is not possible directly in Tagul but you can do the following:

1) Choose transparent background
2) Export your cloud in PNG format
3) In any image editing software (like Photoshop or GIMP) overlay exported cloud image over shape image

There is no automated way to spread out phrases across multiple lines. You have to break them up and then position and size manually in Edit mode.

If the file is opened in Chrome without problems it means it is correct SVG file. Probably it is "another web based program" that doesn't fully support SVG. You can try to export your cloud in EPS format instead.
