Saving SVG file

I would like to save the SVG file for my cloud image, I paid the premium. The SVG downloads to my computer, but when I try to upload it into another web based program it does not recognize the image or file. I'm using Chrome, but file icon after download is IE icon. Any suggestions?

Could you please try to open downloaded file in Chrome?

If not could you please send the file to support email so I could see what is wrong there?

The file opens in chrome.

If the file is opened in Chrome without problems it means it is correct SVG file. Probably it is "another web based program" that doesn't fully support SVG. You can try to export your cloud in EPS format instead.

I'm using the cricut design space.
