Alex Key Master	I fail to understand why there is no problem with colouring of normal images, however images downloaded from tagul print awful To be honest I also fail to understand why it is happening. But let's try to figure out. 1) When you look at your word cloud in the Tagul generator does it look fine or the colors are not correct? 2) Download your word cloud image in PNG format and open it in GIMP. Are the colors correct? 3) Try to print it from GIMP. Are the colors correct? Also please send me the word cloud image you tested to Tagul email so I could check it.

To be honest I also fail to understand why it is happening. But let's try to figure out.

1) When you look at your word cloud in the Tagul generator does it look fine or the colors are not correct?
2) Download your word cloud image in PNG format and open it in GIMP. Are the colors correct?
3) Try to print it from GIMP. Are the colors correct?

Also please send me the word cloud image you tested to Tagul email so I could check it.

Alex Key Master	Tagul is partnered with 2Checkout payment processor and I suggest you either contact them regarding the issue or use PayPal.

Alex Key Master	You can download your word cloud image in SVG / EPS vector formats in the "Download and Share" section.

Alex Key Master	Chrome and Firefox are the best browsers but Tagul should also work in IE and Safari. Could you please click cancel, save the word cloud and advise its name so I could check what is wrong there? Also please advise the text you see at https://whichbrowser.net.

Alex Key Master	You can't download high quality images with free account. To download in HQ you need to purchase one of Tagul pricing plans.

Alex Key Master	Janet, you can remove the grey background (actually it your word cloud's shape image drawn behind the words) by moving "Shape transparency" slider to the most left position (value 0).

Alex Key Master	I think we fixed the issue with small word cloud displayed. You don't need to re-upload your custom images anymore. janet hanson First of all since the fix has been just released could you please reload your word cloud and try again?
