Hi MACY1969. The problem should be fixed now. Could you please try again?

Hi! Your wrote:
it would make life a lot easier if Tagul could add lines around the shape to the tagul itself

To be honest I don't understand what you mean. Could you please elaborate or give some example of how it should look like?

You can't change the font and keep the layout intact in the same time. After you change a font you have to re-visualize your word cloud thus the layout of words will be changed.

Hi Wendy! It is still available. You can paste any symbol (aka small picture) from this blog post to your words list, select "Chrysanthi Regular" font and visualize your word cloud.

Thank you for your feedback. We will take it under advisement and consider it for inclusion in a later version of the software.

Hi! Could you please advise the word cloud name you are trying to print? Also please advise the text you see at https://www.whichbrowser.net.

If you see those clouds correctly on your screen then I don't see anything we can do from Tagul side to fix the issue. May be it is the software that you use for printing? Which format you downloaded the word clouds in (PNG, SVG, EPS)? Could you please try to download and print in another format?

Hi! If the colors on the screen don't match the printed colors it basically means that either your screen or your printer (or both) are not calibrated. It has nothing to do with Tagul.

Tagul word cloud with url redirection is basically a javascript code that creates interactive canvas. As far as I know (I am not expert in emailing) HTML that is used in emails is very limited and you can't use interactive javascript/canvas there. But I may be wrong. I suggest you to consult with emailing specialist to figure it out.
