Thank you for your feedback. We will take it under advisement and consider it for inclusion in a later version of the software.

Hi! Could you please advise the word cloud name you are trying to print? Also please advise the text you see at https://www.whichbrowser.net.

If you see those clouds correctly on your screen then I don't see anything we can do from Tagul side to fix the issue. May be it is the software that you use for printing? Which format you downloaded the word clouds in (PNG, SVG, EPS)? Could you please try to download and print in another format?

Hi! If the colors on the screen don't match the printed colors it basically means that either your screen or your printer (or both) are not calibrated. It has nothing to do with Tagul.

Tagul word cloud with url redirection is basically a javascript code that creates interactive canvas. As far as I know (I am not expert in emailing) HTML that is used in emails is very limited and you can't use interactive javascript/canvas there. But I may be wrong. I suggest you to consult with emailing specialist to figure it out.

Could you please reload your word cloud? We just released the fix and the issue should be solved now.

Hi Shaaron! Just checked at my end and everything seems working fine. Could you please:
1) Advise what text you see at https://whichbrowser.net/
2) Elaborate what happens when you try to add an image
?

Could you please make sure:

1) You have "Random" value in "Colors" column in the Words section for all the words
2) You have no selected words in the Edit Mode. Switch to the Edit Mode and click the reset button to clear the selection.

Then change the font and visualize your word cloud.
