Janet, you can remove the grey background (actually it your word cloud's shape image drawn behind the words) by moving "Shape transparency" slider to the most left position (value 0).

I think we fixed the issue with small word cloud displayed. You don't need to re-upload your custom images anymore.

First of all since the fix has been just released could you please reload your word cloud and try again? If it still doesn't work please let me know.

When I edit it takes on a different shape
Could you please elaborate this. It is not clear for me what you mean?
I am also trying to move the text at the bottom and having difficulty

I've checked your cloud and it looks small because the custom image you used has redundant margins. I recommend you to upload the image once again and Tagul generator will remove the margins automatically. But before please reload your word cloud as I made some changes to make it work.

Yes it is a new feature that now you can see the shape image behind the words. There is a new parameter in the "Colors and Animations" section called "Shape transparency". You can move it to zero to completely remove the shape image as it was before.

Hi Pdohery!

The image you used has a lot of small edges thus it doesn't look good. I understand what you are asking but today we release the new version that allows you to put shape image under your word cloud. You can control the shape image transparency in the "Colors and Animations" section of your word cloud. I assume it should work better then drawing boundaries.
