trehef20 First of all please don't use harsh language here. To solve your problem I suggest you to download your word cloud image in PNG format in the "Download and Share" section and email (or print) as you usually do with other images and pictures. |

| In the Edit Mode you can change the colors of the biggest 100 words and can't change the colors of the small words. I suggest you to use the "Words" and the "Colors and Animations" section to change the words colors. | |

It is not possible to do directly in Tagul but here is what you can do: 1) Import words from the first URL and save it in CSV format in "Download and Share" section 2) Import words from the second URL and do the same 3) Combine the lists in Excel 4) Import the combined list |

| That happens because each word is placed on a new line thus Tagul thinks that special CSV mode is on and don't count the words based on its appearance. Just remove the line breaks and import the words again. | |

| emsocreations When the setting is locked it means there is no background shadow behind the words and you don't need to adjust anything. All old clouds (created before 23 Aug) don't have the shape image behind. | |

| There is a new parameter in the "Colors and Animations" section called "Shape transparency". You can move it to zero to completely remove the shape image as it was before. Please read the announcement in the blog. | |
