tracy.harmon There is the "shape transparency" parameter in the "Layout" section. Could you please try to set it to zero (most left position). Does it solve your problem? |

Could you please elaborate what happens when you try to choose a color and click "Select" button? Or could you please record a small video using your smartphone demonstrating the problem and send it to the support email? |

emma_irwin The problem is when you importing a custom shape there is "edges" slider that determines where to put edges between colors. In your case you need to move it to zero (most left position) as you don't want any edges to be placed. I fixed it for "Claire Flint" word cloud but don't forget about it next time. |

No, I guess it is because the font you selected in the Fonts section doesn't support that unicode character. Please try to select another font (with white / light blue background) capable to render it. |

There is no way to do it except manually positioning the words in the "Edit Mode" to form a sentence. |

Please try to enter the complete sentence directly in the text field in the Words section and visualize your word cloud. |

trehef20 First of all please don't use harsh language here. To solve your problem I suggest you to download your word cloud image in PNG format in the "Download and Share" section and email (or print) as you usually do with other images and pictures. |

In the Edit Mode you can change the colors of the biggest 100 words and can't change the colors of the small words. I suggest you to use the "Words" and the "Colors and Animations" section to change the words colors. |
