Roberta, you should have inputted each word / phrase only once in the Words section and assigned the appropriate size to the corresponding column. To remove the repetition choose "Keep as is (don't repeat words)" option in the "Layout" section. To help you out I did all the above changes to your word cloud. |

| Hi Margaret, you can upload any graphic / image / picture and use it as your word cloud shape by clicking on the first tile in the "All" category in the "Shapes" section. | |
