| The default templates have 1000x1000px resolution as they are heavily optimized. Old custom shapes images have 300x300px (this is probably your case). New custom shape images have 600x600px resolution. Could you please advise the cloud name so I could examine your situation? | |

| Hi MACY1969! If you need better quality for the background image you can export your word cloud in SVG format and then substitute the background image in Inkscape or Illustrator. | |

| Hi, Tagul saves your custom image in 600x600 px resolution by default. If you wish bigger resolution, please send to the support email the high resolution image, and I'll replace it in your word cloud. The cloud has to be re-visualized to change the image. | |

| There is no limit on SQ PNG downloads. It was never highlighted in blue to distinguish it from HQ downloads. Could you please try to download SQ PNG in another browser like Chrome or Firefox? | |
