Sorry, forgot to tell you that you need to reload your word cloud to make it work. Could you please reload it and try again? |

Hi Nathalie! Here is how you can do it: 1) Right click on the image and choose "save image as" 2) Open the image in any image editor (I recommend GIMP) and fill the baby with the color you want 3) Save the image in PNG or JPEG format 4) Upload it to your word cloud by clicking on the first tile in the "All" category in the "Shapes" section 5) Visualize your word cloud That's it |

Probably it was caused by the yesterday's technical glitch. I suggest you to open your word cloud and click "Save changes" (you don't need to actually change it). Then wait for 10 minutes and reload your website. If it still doesn't work please send to the support email the link to the word cloud, so I could check what is wrong there. |

Hi Kirsty, Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider it for inclusion in the future releases. |

You can create a word cloud and call it "my template", and then create other word clouds by duplicating it. |

Try to switch to the "Colors and Animations" tab and move the "shape transparency" slider to the most left position (zero value). |

The default templates have 1000x1000px resolution as they are heavily optimized. Old custom shapes images have 300x300px (this is probably your case). New custom shape images have 600x600px resolution. Could you please advise the cloud name so I could examine your situation? |

Hi MACY1969! If you need better quality for the background image you can export your word cloud in SVG format and then substitute the background image in Inkscape or Illustrator. |

Hi, Tagul saves your custom image in 600x600 px resolution by default. If you wish bigger resolution, please send to the support email the high resolution image, and I'll replace it in your word cloud. The cloud has to be re-visualized to change the image. |
