You can't unlock just one. If you accidentally clicked on a wrong word you can click "undo" button. But if you already have visualized your word cloud then the only option is to reset all the words, and then re-select the ones you wanted to be locked. |

Barbara, your complain is completely valid. I will think on how to improve the duplicating mechanism. |

Just click the visualize button after you changed the size of a word to eliminate the words collisions. |

There is no list unfortunately. Just ask me for the images you are interested and I'll send you the links. |

I don't see that anything is wrong with your word cloud. I guess you uploaded the custom image with the empty margins and wondered why it was removed. It is done automatically, but I don't see any problem there. Just download your word cloud in PNG format and modify the margins in any image editor. |

Could you please save your word cloud and advise its name, so I could check what is wrong there? |

Here is how you can do it: 1) Download the boy or the girl image 2) Open it in any image editing software and flip 3) Save as PNG or JPEG image 4) Upload it to your word cloud by clicking on the first tile in the "All" category in the Shapes section |

Nathalie, figured out one mistake in the instructions. Download this image instead of point 1. |
