| I don't see that anything is wrong with your word cloud. I guess you uploaded the custom image with the empty margins and wondered why it was removed. It is done automatically, but I don't see any problem there. Just download your word cloud in PNG format and modify the margins in any image editor. | |

Here is how you can do it: 1) Download the boy or the girl image 2) Open it in any image editing software and flip 3) Save as PNG or JPEG image 4) Upload it to your word cloud by clicking on the first tile in the "All" category in the Shapes section |

Hi Nathalie! Here is how you can do it: 1) Right click on the image and choose "save image as" 2) Open the image in any image editor (I recommend GIMP) and fill the baby with the color you want 3) Save the image in PNG or JPEG format 4) Upload it to your word cloud by clicking on the first tile in the "All" category in the "Shapes" section 5) Visualize your word cloud That's it |

| Probably it was caused by the yesterday's technical glitch. I suggest you to open your word cloud and click "Save changes" (you don't need to actually change it). Then wait for 10 minutes and reload your website. If it still doesn't work please send to the support email the link to the word cloud, so I could check what is wrong there. | |
