Clouds wont load

None of my clouds load all I get is a blank white space, even tried updating my flash and it's still now working.

Any advice?

1) You need to ensure you have flash player version 11.1 at least. You can find your player version by following this link
2) If your flash version is OK then please try pressing ctrl-f5 on your cloud screen (which is blank white space) to clear browser cache
3) Please try another browser (e.g. google chrome)

I still can't get my clouds to load. I even changed my browser. It worked for me Friday. Any suggestions??????

@TRISHEDINGTON do you see any error? If yes please send me the screenshot.

Have you checked your flash version? Is it above 11.1?
