Markus333 Member	There may be many pros and cons that can be discussed. I will definitely keep on working with this site and keep on supporting the good work. Nevertheless - as a client I feel perplexed and mistreated by taguls new business practices. The new structure makes it harder for me, to keep on working like before - my profit will decrease - and: I do miss real improvements in operability of the site in face of the massive price increase!

With every order my clients get about 3-5 layouts and they can choose which one they like the most. I can't go on with my shop without giving my clients the possibility to choose a layout. With the new system I have to pay for 3-5 clouds minimum per client. If a client wants to see another layout, I have to pay again. For me it's customer service, but now I have to pay again and again.

If I would increase my prices this way, I would loose 99% of them within hours without hearing from them again for all time. For me your new prices do not make sense at all. 10 downloads for 9,99 and 100 for 19,99?? This is totally illogical and still user-unfriendly. Even your yearly plans are of no use for me. I guess you will loose a lot of long term customers if you keep to the idea of download limitations. For new clients these prices are completely incomprehensible. I still do believe in your good will and I hope that you will reconsider your price plan one again.

Markus333 Member	Hi there - I have just payed for my premium account, but I am not able to use it. There is still the "Go Premium" link in my account and I am not able to download vector images.
