Hi Alex, I have created test cloud 'colourtestAlex'. You will see in animate mode the word 'christening' is silver but when you switch to edit mode this word changes to navy

Hi Alex, another problem I am having is I have created a cloud and used 5 colours. When I click on edit (to move words) the colours change? When I click back to animate they change back. So I do not have a true representation of the image whilst in edit mode

Hi Alex, I don't really have time to do that at the mo. If you take any cloud and set a specific colour of a word in the word table to red and then re visualise the cloud of the colour pallet it doesn't retain the colour previously set and I have to re set them. It does this all the time on all clouds

Hi Alex, have noticed that when I change the colour or a word manually in words table and then go on to make further changes or re visualize the design the individual colours set change

Hi Alex that is the problem,I will always need to change something.I have just opened testtwo in new version,changed the first word,visualized and I get the look I do not want with all the words the same size. Please can you try this and you will see what I mean

Hi again, I have created two clouds one called 'testwo' which is a cloud I am happy with and advertise this way. This was created in the old version. When I amend this in the new version, cloud name is 'testone' it is not creating the look I want and all words are the same size. I have already raised this and you did provide an explanation that I hadn't had time to look at till now but to be honest has confused me. Please can you let me know how I can resolve this for all existing clouds when you convert to the new version? I have seen that when I create a new cloud the behavior is different but I rarely do this now as I amend existing clouds

Hi, yes I realize I can manually edit and re visualize to achieve this. Just thought it would be 'nice' if I didn't have to and Tagul was programmed to do this automatically Not to worry. Have a great Xmas you and your team !! You all do a fab job

Hi Alex, I am not sure I explained properly. If for example a have a heart shape made up of 15 words and one on the words is 'Love' then of course this word will be repeated thoughout the design. What I was hoping would be possible would be for teh word'love' never to repeat in a cluster,ie thee, four close together, programmed not to put words together

Not sure how easy it would be but would love a bit of code to be added that would stop any words repeating together (next to). Example, if I have the word 'Love' the program will not repeat that word again without using another word first next to it, hope that makes sense
