Hi Alex,thank you for getting back to me. I managed to sort it out after a lot of tweeking. It may have been happening because I wasn't clearing the selection. If it happens again I will let you know and save and provide you with the cloud name so you can have a look :)

Hi Alex, I am trying to reposition a word in edit mode. I have done this many times before without any problems. At the moment though when I reposition the word it is duplicated and therefore I am left with the word appearing twice, once where I want it and once where I have moved it from. I can not delete it? Please help :)

Hi Alex, thanks for getting back to me. I have created a test cloud called HeartIconTest this cloud has inputted the heart icon but squares as well. I thought it might have something to do with the way I copied the icon but not sure. Fantastic site BTW, love it!!!!

Hi everybody, I have managed to insert a heart shape into my cloud using Chrysanthi font but as well as the heart I am getting square shapes all over the place. Any ideas why this might be happening. Any advise appreciated.
