It is quite an easy task in any image editor. I suggest you to search for youtube videos for "mirrow image in <your favorite image editor like Photoshop or GIMP>" to figure out how to do this. |

As it is said in the FAQ Tagul tries to fit the available space as the first priority sacrificing the words size accuracy. Therefore you can't force Tagul to keep the size of a word / phrase strict. If you feel you didn't receive the result you paid for then please contact the support and ask for the refund. |

diamonds11, the only way to do it is to download the red heart image, open it in an image editor, change its color and then upload the image and use it as your word cloud shape. |

Hi Jaimie, most likely it is because the font is selected in the fonts section that is not capable to render the words you inputted. Please choose another font on white / light blue background that can render your words and re-visualize. |
