Regarding the visualizing freezes, there is no complaints from other users regarding this, thus I suspect it is your browser or laptop / PC issue. Try to reboot it or use another. |

| I understand your frustration, but in November you paid $9.99 for "Tagul Basic Plan up to 10 HQ downloads for 1 month". Now you can purchase 10 HQ downloads for $15.99 which is 60% increase. But in the latter case you have 1 year to spend those 10 HQ downloads instead of 1 month earlier. | |

| It is quite an easy task in any image editor. I suggest you to search for youtube videos for "mirrow image in <your favorite image editor like Photoshop or GIMP>" to figure out how to do this. | |

| As it is said in the FAQ Tagul tries to fit the available space as the first priority sacrificing the words size accuracy. Therefore you can't force Tagul to keep the size of a word / phrase strict. If you feel you didn't receive the result you paid for then please contact the support and ask for the refund. | |

| diamonds11, the only way to do it is to download the red heart image, open it in an image editor, change its color and then upload the image and use it as your word cloud shape. | |
