Is this a feature you might still add in the future or not ?
We've just deployed a new version that enables the words amount parameter interactivity back, but still preserves the old visualizing behavior. Hope it works fine for everyone now. Please let me know if it doesn't.

OK. Due to numerous complaints the new "words amount auto" feature was disabled and the old behavior restored. Please reload your word cloud page and it should work exactly as before.

Regarding freezes and slowness. Your computer specs are more than enough to work with Tagul. It should be quick to visualize a word cloud. I suggest you to reboot your PC and watch the free RAM. Most likely some other application is consuming RAM thus slowing down your browser. Also you can try to visualize from your smartphone for example to make sure that it works fine.

Auto option indeed now adds more words than before. It was done intentionally because it is the default option that allows to fill a shape better. I recommend you to explicitly specify the amount of words in the templates you use often to avoid discrepancies related to the automatic option.

Forgot to mention as soon as you touch the define amount of words slider it automatically spins the visualizer
That's a new feature added a week ago

davfin and Alex, I also have a few templates that are not creating complete shapes too
We've just shipped a new version that hopefully fix the issue. If it doesn't I appreciate if you provide the names of the templates so I could have a look.

Did not keep the poor shapes as they are no good
If you don't keep the poor shapes it is impossible to figure out what exactly causes the problem. I appreciate if you save the word cloud with a poor shape and advise its name, so I could fix it.

davfin, Tagul works best with Google Chrome or Firefox. Freezings may indicate that your computer has a lack of RAM.

Appreciate if you provide at least one word cloud name that turning out poor shape now. Regarding the visualizing freezes, there is no complaints from other users regarding this, thus I suspect it is your browser or laptop / PC issue. Try to reboot it or use another.

I understand your frustration, but in November you paid $9.99 for "Tagul Basic Plan up to 10 HQ downloads for 1 month". Now you can purchase 10 HQ downloads for $15.99 which is 60% increase. But in the latter case you have 1 year to spend those 10 HQ downloads instead of 1 month earlier.
