Alex Key Master	There are 2 parameters for background in the "Colors and Animations" section: 1) The background color itself 1) "Shape transparency" which is the transparency level of the shape image which is 0.05 by default When you change the background color the shape background color is also changed because it is 95 percent transparent by default. Therefore the only way to keep the shape background color intact is to set the "shape transparency" parameter to 1.

Alex Key Master	Do you try to make an order using WordArt.com store powered by Zazzle.com? If yes then you can click on the customize button after a product selection and increase your word art image.

Alex Key Master	Hi Marci613, it happens because your bank doesn't authorize the international payment to 2Checkout payment processor. Therefore you have to contact your bank to allow the payment or use a card issues by another bank. Also you can use the PayPal payment method.

Alex Key Master	Hi MACY1969, most likely your were logged out due to time limit while working on your word art. Please open wordart.com in a new tab and log in. Then you will have to recreate the word art as you won't be able to save it unfortunately.
