Hi Catherine,

First of all please be advised that successive downloads (even in different formats) of a same image are not counted. Therefore you can try to download your word art image again, if you can't find it.

If you made a spelling error and wasted an HQ download because of that please contact support for the credit.

Do you mean you want to fit your word art image on 5x7 paper? Then your image viewing / printing software should allow you to resize and position the image before printing. If it doesn't I suggest you to try GIMP.

Hi, today we released a new version of the script. Could you please try it with your fixed layout and advise whether it works or not? If it doesn't could you please advise the web page where the word art is embedded?

Hi Lisa, the generated word art may not contain all the details of the pictures you make, but it should work. I suggest you to try and see whether it works for you or not.

Just create a word art and enable the "transparent" checkbox in the "Colors and Animations" section before downloading the image.

Most likely your custom shape image contains the outline only and the inner space is not filled with a color. By default only space filled with non-white color will be filled with words.

There is no ready template but you can do one yourself. Please read this FAQ entry on how to do that.
