Hi Catherine, First of all please be advised that successive downloads (even in different formats) of a same image are not counted. Therefore you can try to download your word art image again, if you can't find it. If you made a spelling error and wasted an HQ download because of that please contact support for the credit. |

Do you mean you want to fit your word art image on 5x7 paper? Then your image viewing / printing software should allow you to resize and position the image before printing. If it doesn't I suggest you to try GIMP. |

Hi Lisa, the generated word art may not contain all the details of the pictures you make, but it should work. I suggest you to try and see whether it works for you or not. |

Just create a word art and enable the "transparent" checkbox in the "Colors and Animations" section before downloading the image. |

Most likely your custom shape image contains the outline only and the inner space is not filled with a color. By default only space filled with non-white color will be filled with words. |
