I've just realized that there was a defect related to cloud shapes deployed with words repetition changes.

It just has been fixed.

There were some changes to words repetition mechanism. Please read this blog post for more details.

Kelly, you need to specify angle in degrees. For horizontal it would be 0 and 90 for vertical.

The problem is with the image you used as your cloud shape. It has "Laura" word and a lot of white space around. You need to reduce white space (the less the better) and import the image again.

Did you manage to import the shape image?
If yes and still no shape "at all" then please save your cloud at that state and advise its name so I could see what is wrong.

It is not clear what you mean saying "shape disappear" but the lesser words you use the worst shape silhouette you get as a result.

That "Random" means random among selected in Fonts section. Just select more fonts there using CTRL+Click or SHIFT+Click.

I think that you can change the delivery to UK at the american website when making a purchase.

To upload it to other photograpy sites you need to export it in "Grab and Share" section.

To get best quality I suggest you upgrading to Premium and using EPS format for export.

Please use "Noto Sans S Chinese" font as it is the only one that contains Chinese characters. Alternativerly you can add any custom Chinese font you like.
