my clouds - saved clouds have disappeared

where have my clouds gone?
can I get them back

Are you sure you used this account for creating your clouds?

Have you stored somewhere any embedding code or clouds?
If yes please send it to support email so I could look deeper into the problem.

Hi there, i have used tagul for a year through my blog as an introduction. I added some tags yesterday but since then the cloud can not be either visualized on tagul neither appearing on my blog (saying N/A in big letters instead) ???????????

I've looked in your case and indeed your cloud became blank.
What I can see from my logs is that it was updated on 2013-12-09.
Did you make that update? Were there any errors?
It seems like that update made the cloud blank.

I've manually re-generated your cloud and saved.
You won't see N/A anymore. You can log in and change the design if you want.

hiii.....i made 5 clouds a week before...but when i signed in again couldnt find my saved clouds..how can i gt them back.....my whole inserted text has diaappeared

Hi Heena, I've looked into your account and found 5 clouds with default image. Honestly I have no idea why this could happen. Did you clicked save when you finished your work?

all my saved clouds have gone aswell and they were all done on uploaded url's not stock pics.

Did you create any other clouds under that account?
How many clouds are missing?
