Which heart, the outer or the inner one? Could you please send the image to support email to allow me to understand the problem better?

Did you hit visualize after changing the shape aspect ratio?
If yes and it is still the same could you please save the cloud and advise its name so I could check what is wrong?

Hi Willow,

In Grab and Share section click on the last icon in Share row (second row) to make your cloud public and the link that can be shared with other people.

That's because the background color is also red. Set it to white while keep words color red.

Here is how to do it:

Go to "Colors and Animations" section and uncheck "Use shape colors" checkbox. Then remove colors from the list on the left (by clicking on a color) and add the red one.

That should do the trick.

There is a delay for updating a cloud embedded on your site.
It usually should take about 5-10 minutes.

Only Chrysanthi Regular font supports heart icon. Just select it for the heart icon in Words table.

I confirm. Please try to change URLs as described above and if it doesn't work please advise the cloud name so I could see what is wrong.

Chrysanthi Regular font supports hear icon.
It is not hard to figure out it since after you inputted heart icon in Words section and switched to Fonts section fonts that are not red or pink support all the characters you inputted.
