Firstly you need to understand what the final dimensions you want to obtain. To my knowledge facebook header image is 851px X 315px. Therefore it has 851 / 315 = 2.7 aspect ratio.

Then read this FAQ entry on how to create a cloud with that aspect ratio.

You can try to choose Debit/Credit card option and in the last screen select PayPal tab. That is another way to pay via PayPal.

if you need rectangle shape with 1172 px X 462 dimensions here is what you can do:

1) Calculate aspect ration which is 1172 / 462 = 2.54
2) Choose square shape and click on the gear at the bottom right corner of the shape
3) Set aspect ratio to 2.54 and click OK
4) Visualize your cloud
5) Export it in PNG format
6) Downscale to 1172 x 462 dimensions if needed

To print your cloud export it as PNG in Grab and Share section and then print it as any other image/picture.

Unfortunately I cannot help you on how to print it using your particular printer as I am not aware about the software you use for printing. I suggest you googling for that information or address it to your printer manufacturer for clarifications.

When you premium membership expires all your clouds and data will be in place. Just premium features won't be accessible any more.
