help with cloud for tshirt printing...

I am trying to create a word cloud for a family reunion tshirt. I paid for the high quality downloads and saved the file in .eps, .png, and .svg and provided that to screenprinter for our shirts. His response was, "Unfortunately with all those names in it, it will not print well." I responded asking for artwork specs and this was the reply: EPS File: Must be saved as a vector image (no header), TIFF or JPG File: 300 dpi at the size you want it on the t-shirt or larger, PDF File: Must be saved with editing capabilities. Scanned pdf files are not acceptable, Photoshop (.psd): Save as a .tif file. Design in layers, if possible. Save in layers/merged with a white or transparent background only. Must be a minimum of 300 dpi at the desired print size.
At this point I am not sure if the issue is my file type or if I need to reduce the number of words and/or choose a larger/bolder fonts (I am using multiple fonts much like your word art sample). Please point me in the right direction on how to select the file that will allow the words to print with quality on a tshirt. I know it can be done, b/c I have a purchased shirt that has a word cloud on it.

Marquita.Buchanan.Parker, I think the problem is that your word art contain small words that won't be visible when printed on a t-shirt. I suggest you to reduce the words amount in the layout section to remove the small words. Also I recommend you to download in 32MP PNG format that is good enough to be printed on a t-shirt.
