Payment is failing authorization

| I really like this website however I have tried at least 5 times to purchase a package and it keeps telling me my payment is failing authorization which there is no reason my card should be failing authorization which is very frustrating, I have contacted support weeks ago but never received a response and there is no phone number to call so all we have is to wait until there is a response via email. | |

| Hi Marci613, it happens because your bank doesn't authorize the international payment to 2Checkout payment processor. Therefore you have to contact your bank to allow the payment or use a card issues by another bank. Also you can use the PayPal payment method. | |
