Error Saving Cloud Wrong ID

This is the message I am getting when I try to save a cloud with Internet Explorer 11.

Very frustrating as I want to save to edit the words.

Interestingly I can save with Firefox but cannot the re- open in Firefox -

In Internet Explorer could you please try pressing CTRL-F5 after opening your cloud form? It should update Tagul generator to the latest version. Then saving should be working fine.

Regarding Firefox. I've checked all your clouds in Firefox and they were fine. Could you please send me screenshot from Firefox when you can't re-open your cloud. It will help me to understand what the problem is.

Does Anyone have any knowledge of why i would be unable to grab & share my cloud. Trying to save as png & having no luck?

Could you please check Downloads folder? You browser most likely save clouds there without asking you.

If it is not there please send me your operating system and browser info with versions.
In the meantime you could try another browser like Chrome or Firefox.
