transparent background

| I am using the transparent background to create the design but when i pull it into my software the background actually has a dingy brown and when i print it shows up as well. Is there anything I can do? | |

| Please move the "shape transparency" slider to the most left position (zero value) in the "Colors and Animations" section to remove the shape background. | |
