i could not save my clouds

Hi. I could not save my clouds from grab and share part.

Simply i choose save to local computer via png file and try to save it on desktop.

I tried many times after singing in and out.

What should ı do ?

could you please try using another browser like firefox or chrome.

It is known issue in some environments.
